Can I place a custom order?

Yes, we work on a variety of custom dresses. Custom dresses typically take between 6 to 8 weeks.

How long does shipping take?

We use USPS Priority Shipping which typically takes 2-3 business days. We will send you tracking information as soon as we ship your item.

Are your products handmade? 

Yes, all of our dresses are handmade in our Houston, TX studio.

Can I rush my order?

It may be possible to rush a dress depending upon fabric availability and our production schedule. Rush orders incur a rush fee. Please reach out to us if you would like to rush a garment.

How much is shipping?

Shipping varies by weight and shipping zone, but most of our dresses cost between $8 - $12 to ship.

How does sizing work?

The fit on all of our styles is most snug in the chest and waist; as such, please measure your child in both places and round up to the nearest inch. Please use the largest measurement to determine size; i.e. if the chest measurement is 12” and the waist measurement is 22”, use that 22” measurement and order a size 4T.

What kind of fabrics do you use? 

We use high quality fabrics purchased directly from textile mills in Japan, South Korea and Europe. We are fabric snobs and delight in excellent fabric.

How should I care for the item I purchased?

We always suggest dry cleaning any of our items so they last longer and remain in great shape.

Can I provide my own fabric for a flower girl dress? 

Absolutely, you are free to mail it directly to our studio. Please reach out to our team if you are planning to do so.

What do I do if the dress doesn’t fit?

Please consult our size chart prior to ordering and measure your child’s chest and waist, using whichever measurement is largest. If you are unsure, please size up a size. We are able to exchange garments, but as each is made to order, we try to be as diligent as possible on sizing and fit with the first order.

How do I get shipping wrinkles out?

Most of our dresses can be safely ironed and steamed. If the skirt contains tulle, please steam the tulle (it does not love an iron).

How do I process a return or exchange?

Please do not order the dress if you’re planning on ordering a number of dresses and returning the ones that you don’t like; each of our dresses is handmade to order, to minimize waste and allow our small business to flourish. If a dress arrives and doesn’t fit quite right, we’re happy to exchange it or troubleshoot the fit. Please reach out to our team with any questions in the event of a return or exchange.
